Enabling our clients to better manage their property assets, our measured building survey projects range from small single buildings to large industrial facilities. Options include floor plans, elevations and 3D models. Top quality full-colour drawings are provided as standard.

Laser Scanning

To accurately and quickly produce a 3D model of virtually any structure, we employ a high definition laser scanner. The output imagery can be presented from simple 'Point Clouds' through to full 3D models.

Elevations

A standard elevation will show all building features in outline and can range up to a full brick-by-brick detailing where historic records are required

Floor Plans

A standard survey details net and gross internal areas and positions of windows, doors and structural elements. The survey can be enhanced to include additional details such as power outlets, switches, lights and radiator positions.

Sections

Sections would usually show all visible structural elements. However, more detailed information including the profile of skirting boards, architraves and cornices can be added if required.

Internal Photo Imaging

To compliment the technical detail of a survey, we can also provide colour photographs of an internal area. This can aid the interpretation of survey data where, for instance, a client site-visit may not be practical. Clients access the images by use of a hyperlink from the survey CAD drawing that immediately displays the full colour photograph of the area selected. The photographs are captured in a 360º image that can be viewed and controlled as a rotating picture or stopped at any single area. A zoom facility further improves interpretation of room details, contents and layout. This can be useful when re-designing a room layout for example or perhaps enhancing sales or letting particulars for a commercial property.
