Topographic Surveying
All our surveying vehicles are identically equipped with the latest Trimble Robotic total stations and GPS surveying units and as our Surveyors are based throughout the country we are able to provide a fast on demand service wherever and whenever you need us.

As a guide, SUMO offers three levels of Topographic Survey which can be tailored to meet the client's needs: Standard, Intermediate and Comprehensive, the difference being the amount of detail recorded.

The SUMO group prides itself on providing the best quality survey drawings in the industry. These are provided fully colour-coded as standard and are available in hard and electronic copy.
Standard Survey
A Standard survey will record as a minimum, essential site date including kerbs, verges, fences, footpaths, buildings, trees, street furniture and visible utilities with associated cover levels, (access covers, inspection chambers etc).

Intermediate Survey
An Intermediate survey, in addition, will include level data for channel lines, buildings and appropriate spot heights.

Comprehensive Survey
AComprehensive survey further includes reduced level data for all string lines, together with key dimensional and descriptive information, contours, road markings and building roof level details.
Survey data models are supplied in XY format and can also be provided in 3D format. Surveys can be referenced to any specified grid and level datum.

Please note :If required utility detection survey information can be incorporated into a full topographic survey drawing.
