Survey Specification

Topographic survey to Client Specification or in accordance with the RICS specification for “Surveys of Land, Buildings and Utility Services at scales of 1:500 and larger”

Survey can be related to an arbitrary grid and datum, The National Grid and Ordnance Datum or to an existing site grid and datum.

Details included, but not limited to:
   Buildings on and adjacent to the site
   Boundaries, walls, fences
   Kerb (channel) line, edge detail and footpaths
   Isolated lone trees (>150mm trunk dia), grouped trees (woodland) and hedges Watercourses
   Street furniture and surface utility features

Complete with heights of buildings, spot levels and contours to centres/spacing, in accordance with the client specification or appropriate to the site.
